Full Service Design
This is our signature service where you get the whole shebang! We design, source, budget, shop, and style for you. We will work directly with your contractors (or even you as a DIYer) as needed to ensure the project gets completed according to the design plan!
Deliverables:
consultation
A 1-2 hour in-home consultation to take photos + measurements, review client questionnaire, and talk through initial design suggestions.
design concept board
A virtual mood board to help conceptualize the overall vision for the space. This may include color palette, material selections/swatches, inspiration photos, furniture pieces, or decor items.
Floor plan
A two dimensional (2D) floor plan drawn to scale based on measurements taken. This will include details for new materials/furnishings in the space. This can be used to provide a general plan to contractor/tradesperson for renovations.
SOURCING + Shopping
We shop and source for you so you don't have to spend hours going from store to store to find your furnishings + decor.
budget report
A breakdown of your budget and what money is going where with a project total.
design presentation
An in-home or virtual presentation of design to discuss concept, materials, and answer any questions.
revisions
Client can make one round of minor revisions per space within 10 days of initial design presentation.
INSTALL
We will come in and layout furnishings and style decor to create a curated and finished look! We will also work with your contractors as needed to ensure their install is completed according to plan. You will walk in after install day to a completed space that you will love for years to come!
