Virtual Design
This service is the perfect middle ground between the design consultation and the full service design! Complete with a curated design concept, furniture layout, and shopping list, you can take the reins and finish and install the project on your own time. This can be completed virtually with clients located anywhere, even if out of our service area!
Deliverables:
consultation
A 1 hour virtual consultation to review client questionnaire and further talk through needs + wants for space. Client will provide measurements and photos of current space.
design concept board
A virtual design board to help conceptualize the overall vision for the space. This may include color palette, material selections/swatches, inspiration photos, furniture pieces, or decor items.
Floor plan
A two dimensional (2D) floor plan drawn to scale based on measurements taken. This will include details for new materials/furnishings in the space to show furniture placement and ensure proper space planning.
shopping list
A hand-picked list of everything you will need to make the design a reality complete with links, quantity, and details/instructions as needed for install.
budget report
A breakdown of your budget and what money is going where with a project total.
design presentation
A virtual presentation of design to discuss concept, materials, and answer any questions.
revisions
Client can make one round of minor revisions per space/concept within 10 days of initial design presentation.
follow up
While we will not be working directly with you and/or tradespeople during implementation of the design, we will follow up within 30 days of the final design presentation to ensure the implementation is going smoothly and to answer any questions that may be hindering progress.
